The Crisis Preparation Blueprint is a digital publication. Access is granted to your account in full and immediately on payment, and cannot be returned or withdrawn once given. For that reason, purchases are non-refundable, including if you change your mind, buy by mistake, or decide the material is not what you expected.

By completing your purchase, you are asking for immediate access and accept that no refund is available once it has been granted. Please read the product page in full before buying — it outlines exactly what is included, and who the book is not for.

What we will always put right

These are billing errors rather than refunds, and we fix them without argument:

  • You were charged twice: The duplicate transaction is refunded in full.
  • You paid but never got access: We restore access, or refund you if we cannot.
  • A payment you did not authorize: If fraud is formally verified.
  • The product is materially not as described: Tell us specifically what is missing and we will fix it or refund you.

How to raise a problem

Email support@crisisblueprint.site with the address you paid with and your payment reference. We respond within one business day. Where a refund is due, we approve it within 2 business days and Razorpay returns it to your original payment method — your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5-7 business days to process it, which is outside our control.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy restricts your statutory rights under local law. If your local jurisdiction gives a cancellation right for digital purchases where they do, that right prevails over this policy. If you believe you have such a right, write to us to check rather than reaching directly to have you dispute it with your bank.
